| | The correct selling price of a home is the highest price that the market will bear. To assist you in determining the correct asking price we will provide you with a list of comparable properties sold and offered for sale in your neighborhood. To obtain an accurate determination of what your home should be priced at to sell will require approximately 30 minutes of your time. The first call we will obtain basic information from you about your home which will allow us to pull up the best comparables for a market analysis. Secondly we will do a quick walk through of your home and then sit down with you to go through the comparables and determine the best price. One point to remember is that every agent is looking at the same comparables available. There may be a small difference in pricing by various agents but the highest isnt always the best route to go. We are determined to get the best price for your home but we are also committed to accuracy, excellence in marketing, and client service. Choose an agent you feel comfortable working with and that will work WITH you throughout the listing.
